Home theater was fitted with wall mounted speakers, wall mounted LCD TV, and wall lighting. This is the best way to install a stereo unless you were to make enclosures inside your wall. Wall mounted speakers have the right volume of air each speaker so they sound more symmetrical. It would cost more but possible to have equal sounding in wall speakers that were flush mounted.

LCD Installation with wood bevel. Wood bevel was used to hide make it seem like it was a portrait. These days you should flush mount the TV and use a thinner wood bevel from a framing store. Cost would be a lot cheaper and it would look more sleek.
